What is FUZE?
FUZE is a Wednesday evening gathering intended to help and support 4th-6th graders in their social and spiritual growth! Students who attend FUZE will be better prepared for confirmation classes. They will practice their Bible knowledge with fun videos and hands on projects, reinforcing their ability to find passages in the Bible and understand the greater narrative of the Bible.
Why is FUZE important?
Many students’ participation in Sunday School and Church life slowly diminishes during 4th-6th grade. This is a key time in your child’s emotional development. They are looking for a place to belong and feel valued for who they are, not just for what they do academically, artistically, and athletically. Their ongoing participation in the church can help them create friendships that will support them through pre-teen and teenage years to come.
How do we get involved?
FUZE meets on Wednesday nights from September through May.
CONNECT BIBLE $20 - We ask students to use this specific Bible because it contains extra material that connects to the weekly topics. Bibles may be purchased from the church office during weekday office hours.
